These guys are awesome and the real deal.
Unfortunately, I dealt with someone else for another property of mine last week who charged me $130 more than what we agreed to and was just kind of sleezy.
This company is responsive and provided an accurate quote that DIDNT change when they came out and had my lawn looking EXCELLENT.

We base our prices mainly on lot size and related amount of work involved, usually we don't need to be there to give you an accurate price. There are other variable factors like height of grass/weeds/bushes /trees, amount of hedges or bushes to be trimmed or leafs to be picked up. Prices also may vary doing all as a whole or separated
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For services like Mowing, Weed Control, and fertilizer, most of the time we can provide you immediately with a quote, usually we don't need to set an appointment at your place to give you an estimate. By becoming recurring customer, discounts will be granted if applicable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 5 years of daily experience and training, plus continuous observation and analysis of results has given us the necessary expertise to provide you with the best and more reliable quality service...!
