Tatum is amazing. I am an occupational therapist and am very critical about trainers. Not only does she know her "stuff" (excellent eye for body mechanics and limitations specific to each individual), she's incredibly empathetic ~ a skill not easily acquired! Tatum brings love & integrity to all that she touches. If you have a chance to work with her, take it. She's worth it!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began Total Mommy Fitness in 2005, while working as a personal trainer and finishing college. I noticed a reoccurring theme of women opting out of training when they became pregnant because of the fear they might harm their baby. So I decided to become a resource for pregnant women. People are often surprised to learn that I am not yet a mom myself. I am simply a mom advocate. I feel very passionate about giving pregnant women the education and support they need to stay fit. Rebelle Fit is inspired by my military experience as a Drill Sgt and focuses mostly on empowering people to create a workout program that strengthens their mind and body, and relies on mainly bodyweight and functional training.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am particularly proud of the current issue of Total Mommy Fitness Magazine.
