- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have learned our art by traveling, living in each county, our families, our favorite restaurants in Italy and we keep up with the latest wines.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Something that comes naturally and can be done only for a few people...... A regular restaurant is very tiring.....
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a pre-meeting, discuss the foods and the wine list, check out the Kitchen equipment and Dining area, the china and silverware if appropriate (as we do not supply these) the motif of the dinner since we will cook and serve. Our charges and date of service.
