If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Ken is hands down the best professional I’ve ever hired through Thumbtack. He repaired my dryer’s heating unit and installed three ceiling fans perfectly, all for an incredibly fair price. From start to finish, he was responsive, punctual, and truly professional. Ken showed up exactly when he said he would, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. Kenneth arrived on time, did what he came to do AND inquired about a job I had scheduled who left without making contact. He offered to do it so I wouldn’t be put out. He is nice, friendly and quite accommodating. He returned at my request to make minor adjustment. He is SUPER!
