Kevin's a great guy to do business with. We have a washer/dryer set that's 17 y/o. It looks like the dryer finally quit for good. Kevin tried his best to revive it and, at the same time, tried to keep the cost down. He worked hard to diagnose the numerous issues. He refunded a deposit on parts he ordered and installed but, they didn't solve the problem. He's a super honest, Christian guy that's a "straight shooter" when explaining possible solutions and options. We've decided to purchase a new set instead of investing more money in repairs. Thanks, Kevin! 😊
