FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price isn't based on under bidding any other company, instead my focus is aimed at what is best for your needs for your garage door repair. How much you use the door is the key factor in this determination. My objective is to be your service repair man and inform you of your hardware fatigue not as a pushy sales man but by removing and showing you each moving part and allowing you to make the best decision for you and your household.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It simply is ask and listen. You know your door better than I do, with how much you use it to how much maintenance has been performed on the door through the years. Once we gather this information I take a thorough look into your garage hardware by removing all major moving components and educating you on what i look for in fatigue and sharing what you as a home owner can maintenance to allow a longer durable function of all components.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years experience as a garage door/motor installer, sale man and technician. Spent my first year as the only installer for one of the busiest companies in San Antonio in Overhead Garage Door Services. With this company i installed 4 to 5 garage doors 6 days a week for a year before moving on from the company. With Precision Garage Doors, over the last 3 plus years i have acquired the skills needed to be a successful new door and motor sales man as well as a skilled repair technician.
