- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We treat everyone like family which includes the family discount. We price match with proof of competitors estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a free estimate at your earliest convenience and on most occasion can complete the job same day. We send invoices electronically at the agreed upon price and they are to be paid same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained with a a mentor with over 35 years experience. He taught me everything I know. There is no license you need to get to be a garage door technician. But we are insured and do not stop until every job is done at customers satisfaction.
