Making sure my customer always understand what the issue is , what needs to be repaired , and making sure my customer is on board with my work.

I have 15 plus years of experience , as a garage technician.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a Local Company in San Antonio tx, started as a garage doors technician and worked my way up the ladder. thankfully I now have been able to start my own small business.
