- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will know what the price is before I begin any work, and full payment can be made upon completion of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will do a free, brief consultation in person or over the phone, which will lead to multiple options for the customer to pursue. Before any repairs or replacements begin, the customer will know what is going to happen as well as the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve received extensive training from the major garage door and garage door opener manufacturers, including Clopay, CHI door, Liftmaster, Genie and others.
