Need a renovation and don’t know who to trust? Black Creek Renovation are your guys!
Our screened porch needed tile. Mau and Spencer had the integrity, knowledge, and personnel to start and complete our job within the timeframe and price stated in our quote. They provided guidance with our material selections, arriving promptly with anything needed along the way. There were frequent check-ins, with priority always given to customer satisfaction.
Saul, the gifted tile installer, worked carefully. He did an amazing job supplying ideas, and giving options when less straightforward installation circumstances arose. And the cherry on top- the thorough cleanup provided by all of the guys after the job was complete.
I highly recommend the services of Black Creek Renovation. I’ll be keeping their card in my file for future needs.

I contacted Black Creek Renovation to replace my countertops in both of my bathrooms. I contacted several others but all they were interest in was complete bathroom renovations. Some never bothers to get back to me. So, I contacted Black Creek Renovation. Spencer contacted us right away, and we presented what we wanted done. Even though it was a small job, they wanted to visit to see exactly what we wanted done. Spencer visited and brought along one of his vendors to take measurements. We discussed our options and decided we wanted quartz countertops. He got back with us the next day with options and samples. He presented total costs and an explanation of the process. We agreed and thought there would be a long timeline to get the project started. Spencer promised it would be done within a week which was beyond my expectations. He came through and showed up earlier than scheduled. His workman were professional, courteous. Mauricio oversaw the whole project. When it came time for the installation of the faucets, they brought in licensed plumbers to do the work. The plumbers even replaced a valve which caused low water flow to one of the sinks. I asked about the extra charge for the repair and Mauricio told me "no extra charge, you pay what we agreed to".The finished project just blew us away, and we are ecstatic with our new countertops.I highly recommend Black Creek Renovation for any home projects you need done. They are truly a professional company, detail oriented, and a real pleasure to work with. All at a reasonable, fair price.
