The foundation and rock work for my new home was very pleasing. I am pleased with the work the company performed and work ethic. I would definetly call them back up for upgrades around my house.

Absolutely the worst contractor. Ensure you get a start and stop date on the contract, IF you hire them, but I would never recommend that anyone hire them.
The job was to extend driveway 2 ft on each side, put in a walkway on the side of the house, and an L shaped patio in our backyard.
What went wrong:
- they take too many bids and jobs and cannot keep up with the work
- took 45 days to get work done, and it was only after they were threatened with a lawsuit.
- the framing took them a day, left all the grass and dirt sitting on my lawn for a month, didn't come back to pour the concrete for another 3 weeks
- Did not have anything to haul away what the grass and dirt they pulled out of the yard
- Very sloppy and they do not clean up after themselves.
- They were told the pad was needed for an above ground pool and we needed the patio to be level, patio is 5 inches off and not level at all!!!!
They need to learn to communicate, not take on more jobs than they can handle, and show some kind of remorse for when they have let a customer down.

Paid a generous amount to repair/touch-up concrete skirt of foundation. In summary, it was sloppy job and I would warn others from hiring this company. This is especially surprising since Mr. Leija was on site. On completion of their work, there were long stretches of brick (above the foundation line) smeared with cement, and I asked them to clean up their work. There was also a 2 -3 three foot stretch, clearly needing repair, that they failed to do, and I had to direct them to complete that part of the job. Other parts of the job looked sloppy, and Mr. Leija's response was, "well, its a repair". There were other irritations dealing with Leija Construction that I won't mention here. I've had a lot of cement work done over the years, and this is the worst I've had.
