THIS GUY TOOK $4600 FROM US IN DECEMBER 2023 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SHELF IN THE GARAGE. 2 MONTHS LATER, THE JOB IS STILL NOT DONE. HE IS COMING UP WITH DIFFERENT EXCUSES. AS OF 3/1, HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO COME THIS WEEK TO COMPLETE THE JOB BUT NOW, HE IS SAYING HES SAYING HE WANTS MORE MONEY BEFORE HE COULD CONTINUE THE FIRST JOB. THE PRIOR JOB HE DID FOR US ALK SO HAD TO BE FIXED BY SOMEONE ELSE. HE IS A FRAUDSTER

Customer, breached contract. deformation and physical threats of my crews. Con them into doing extra work and refused to pay them, changed his mind work was completed under his direction and insisted it be redone at no cost.
