Lupe was professional from the moment we communicated. He was referred to us by reputable home builder contact who utilized his experience in remodeling and customization. His knowledge of working with the insurance company was beneficial in the sense that this was a new experience for me as a homeowner and was unsure of what to expect. Lupe was thorough on work needed and offered suggestions to help save a few dollars. He negotiated with the insurance company and in the end we were able to budget a few extras and ended up with a better product than we initially had.
