The repairman Bobby came out to repair my granite within 24 hours of calling him. His price quote to perform the repair was much less than another quote I received from another company.

So glad i found Billy on Thumbtack. The countertops had terrible heat stains and we thought we’d need to replace them. I sent him the photo with the heavy heat marks and he replied he could definitely get them out. And wow! I couldn’t believe how great they look. You cant see any residual markings. His pricing is more than fair. He and his worker spent a long time and didn’t rush their work. When they were finished i asked if they could do a little more in one area and they gladly did so! A great find!

Billy arrived a few minutes earlier than expected, which was great. He explained in detail why the seam on my granite countertop at my sink had split and cracked as well as what he needed to do to fix it. He also was able to fill and smooth out the chipped areas around the edges of my sink. My countertop now looks as new as the day it was installed 12 years ago. He did a beautiful job at a reasonable price.
