FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing straightforward and based on your home’s layout, linear footage, number of stories, access, and drainage needs. After a quick on-site assessment, we provide clear options (good/better/best) so you can choose what fits your budget. We regularly run seasonal promotions, and we’ll always let you know upfront if anything could affect pricing, like special access needs or upgraded materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick call or message to learn what you need and confirm your address. On-site evaluation to measure, inspect drainage flow, and identify problem areas. Review options and pricing (repairs, cleaning, guards, or full replacement depending on what makes sense). Schedule the work with clear expectations on timing and preparation. Complete the job and confirm water is flowing properly where it should. Wrap-up with warranty info (when applicable) and maintenance recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained specifically in gutter system design and installation, including proper pitch, hanger spacing, drainage planning, and leak prevention. We also train on jobsite safety, ladder safety, and property protection. Gutters look simple until they’re installed wrong, so we treat it like a system, not a decoration.
