Fernando was very responsive, professional, and the quality of his work is superb! I am definitely going to be contacting him for more projects! The man is a jack of all trades! He got our kitchen back to functioning capacity in record time. We had an improperly installeddishwasher, clogged disposal, and sketchy electrical connections. Fernando fixed all issues with ease. You need a handyman, call Fernando!

We needed to have an under-counter sink remounted. Fernando promptly answered our message. We shared photos and discussed what we needed, and we set up an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, Fernando was prompt and polite. He explained our options with the price and the time for each. He did a great job. The sink looks great. He left everything clean. We would use his services again whenever we need help with repairs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly pricing is $65 an hour. However, the hourly rate may go to a flat fee providing the customer agrees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet is first and foremost. Before knocking at the door, I usually call the customer when I'm in front of their home. The next step is evaluating the project and asking the customer what their expectations are. Then I give them an estimate on the project. Finally, after their project is completed, we do a walk around to make sure the customer is satisfied with my workmanship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have a formal education, therefore, critical thinking is absolutely a plus. Being a repair guy, I'm always looking for best prices on materials and best option to save time. I believe having this mindset saves my customers money!
