What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to save my client time and money. Many times it will be easy for him to send me photos or videos of what is happening so that I can provide a clearer estimate.
For medium and small projects my prices will include materials and labor unless otherwise agreed with the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have clarified what my client needs, I will give him my best proposal to be able to work together and from there we will schedule the day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied heating, plumbing and some mechanics, in addition to my experience in the work field I have extensive knowledge of manual work tools as well as skills to carry them out and good judgment so that everything is done well.
