1) Miguel responded fast. I send a mass message to 4 people on thumbtack. He responded the quickest. 2) Out of the ones I sent on thumbtack and others, he had the best price and was able to come the next day. I was talking to him at 9:30 p.m. he came at 8:00 a.m. 3) I needed my post replaced for my wooden fence. Instead of him choosing for me, he allowed me to choose the more expensive post or the cheaper post. I appreciated that. 4) He got to work right away, and installed my new fence and aligned my lock for my gate correctly. 5) Because of this. I also saw that he offers other jobs and I can’t wait to use Miguel again for the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They installed an over the range microwave. Due to original construction of the opening for it, some cabinetry had to be cut out. They did this at no extra charge and all in three days - over Memorial weekend!
