You can only choose 3 traits, which is stupid. Josh fits all 5/5. Contacted Josh in early morning since my smoke detector decided it was time to be replaced at 330am. I was able to silence it. But, not without difficulty since it was installed 15 1/2 ft in the air. Josh replied early in the morning, and I was able to schedule with him to arrive at noon, same day. Josh arrived earlier than scheduled, and he didn't mind taking off his shoes since it was a asian household. Whenever we would bump into an issue, since I replaced the other smoke alarms before, Josh was tentative to my comments/concerns. After he completed the original task, I asked if he could knock out another to-do list item. Josh happily agreed and was able to knock it out without issues. Definitely would recommend/hire for the future. A true professional.

Be arrived on time and was ready to work. He came to put in another clothesline for me, as the old one had completely rusted. He had to rent a jackhammer to get all the old concrete out! He completely the task quickly and it was very well done.

Joshua did an amazing job repairing my daughters closet door to swing outwards instead of inwards giving her more space to put things. He came on time and was very professional and work looks amazing and even cleaned everything after. Will definitely be using his services again
