Very knowledgeable of exterior door repair issues to include door drafts and gaps. Also, did great job with tv mounting, window treatments and other house projects. Also, thorough at explaining project tasks and repairs as well as the tools equipment necessary to make the repairs. On time and timely responses for inquiries.

Mr Lloyd is the real deal!! He responded to my messages quickly, was able to work with my schedule and my odd request for fixing/Frankensteining my French doors without having to replace them. Lloyd responded quickly to my request for help, came out to my house early on Saturday to suit my schedule, arrived on time, we were able to agree on the price and he completed the job the same day - did sealing of a brick wall on the front of my house that was causing a leak into my ceiling. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated. An accurate materials/labor price bid after we see the project in person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through the Thumbtack message portal, here, typically we like to get some photos of a project and give a rough estimate of cost; then inspect it in person and give a more accurate cost proposal/bid for doing the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Even though I have been doing this professionally for 30 years, I am constantly improving my process, techniques and the utility of materials through testing the same in low risk environments/application, after I have done sufficient research on the same.
Most of my new developments and improvements are building on what I already know, so there is very low risk involved for the customer.
