- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we offer military discounts if you work for police force or Fire Department or social social services we give discounts anything that has to do with the government I'm all for it you're making our country better so what's right like it says in the Bible to be a blessing it's likewise
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first of all you're the one in charge not me I want to know all the details of what you want to do on your project so I can move forward to make it look how you want it presentable so you can pass it on to your loved ones or you want to sell it to buy a bigger Kingdom I want you to know that whatever you tell me you're getting 100% of my intention and my company to make you happy I want you to feel safe I want to build a relationship with you as a handyman so you can always count on me when you call to take care of what you need
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
education in acknowledge that I have is four generations of construction with my family it's been a blessing to learn different traits like I said in the beginning and it's a Non-Stop learning you get better at it all the time
