- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is cheap and guaranteed. I don’t won’t to over charge someone when they can use the extra funds towards something else. Why charge you $100 for a job that’s worth doing for $25.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is important and it feels like I’m auditioning for their trust. First impression means a lot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have any education with what I do but I have many years of experience. I did training and labor in the military for 6 years and 8 years outside the military.
