Xavier arrived right when he said he would, assessed the work, told me what was needed and even went to the store for unanticipated but needed parts. The work was done quickly and professionally, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely hire them again.

Sergio came in to take out a stripped screw that had been troubling our household for a week. He was able to get it out pretty quickly and did a fantastic job in ensuring that we had a working ceiling fan by the time he left. He cleaned up after any mess that was made and finished everything within 1.5 hours. I’m happy of the quality of work we received and will gladly call them back should I have any other work to be done.

He was able to fit me in for quote the same day and started work the following week. I wasn’t totally sure which jobs I wanted to outsource vs do myself so the quote itemization was helpful. Ended up painting and texturing wall patches, adding siding door locks, and drywalling/insulating a ceiling repair job. Timely arrivals. Cleaned space between work days and at end. Xavier showed up on time and understood the assignment. He answered all of my questions with confidence and patience. I recently put in new flooring and the company that did it couldn't put the toilet back for some reason. I also had bought a celing fan to put up in my master bedroom 3 years ago lol. He came in and got the jobs done in 1.5 hours. He cleaned up after himself and took ALL the trash with him. I will definitely be reaching out to Elite Alleviators for all of my future projects.
