If I could select all 5 qualities I would but it only allows me to choose 3. Foster was very responsive and prompt with his responses. He answered all of my questions and then answered more upon his arrival. He was able to accommodate my last minute request to shampoo two area rugs as well. He cleaned my tile and grout and when he finished I was so impressed. The shine was unbelievable! The carpet in every room smelled fresh and it still smells fresh a day later. I’m so glad he responded to my need. That’s service for ya!

A very professional job that completely removed the stains that had not been completely removed by the more traditional steam-carpet cleaners. Foster used special equipment and cleaners that I had never seen before. Also, he is a very pleasant and conscientious young man to work with.
