My 4TB LenovoEMC full of data stopped working. Wes Ulmer came to my house next day and in 2-3 minutes of diagnostic he told me that my disks are OK and data is safe. Great relief. Wes told me that problem is in charger that went out of order. With a charger replacement disks started working and I was able to get access to my data. The cost of this service was zero dollars! To be honest I want to tell you that several other service providers that I contacted suggested me to bring my 4TB device to their offices and based on my explanation of the situation suggested that chances to recover my data are close to zero.
I was blown away by service and solution provided by Wes and would strongly recommend his services to everybody in San Antonio and area.

Wes took care of my PC issues that iyogi and others could not and did it expediently and professionally while offering different solutions and avenues for short term and long term fix.. He knows his stuff and worked overtime to get me up and running at very reasonable rate.

We initially got SD-tech (Wes and his team) to help us with upgrades to our home computer, then to help choose and support our mobile phones, laptops and tablets. They asked questions to help decide what we needed, and made the upgrade process eaxy.. Highly recommended.
