- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is not per hour,but for the entire job. We offer lower rates for a weekly or biweekly cleaning. We also give discounts for referring us to others. We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment.for example we use(lysol products,mr clean cleaner and disinfectant also use organic products if the customer desires)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Good communication,letting them know exactly what our service covers, do a initial walk trough then another after service is complete
