The initial quote provided by Thumbtack is subject to change, dependent on the square footage of your home. Our prices are based on the square footage of your home and total number of bedroom and bathrooms. Our rates includes all cleaning supplies, with no time restrictions. Description of Services: Basic (Standard) Cleaning Includes: • All furniture gets dusted • Dust wall décor and picture frames • Clean all window seals and bases. • Sweep or vacuum under furniture for any dust. • Dust all electronics. • Clean all kitchen appliances externally only, microwave internal and external all times. • Additional to clean appliances internally. • Clean all kitchen cabinets externally. • Clean all kitchen counters, sinks, and backsplashes. • Beds get made in all bedrooms. • Additional fee for Bedding & Linen changing $10 per bed. • In the Bathroom, mirrors, sinks, cabinets. • Including all toilets, showers, tubs and baseboards. • All floors in the home swept, vacuumed, and mopped. _________________________________________ Deep Cleaning Includes: • Cleaning all ceiling fans, and light fixtures • Cleaning all window blinds and check for stains. • Cleaning behind and under furniture, (sofas, tables, beds etc) • Vacuum sofas and chairs and under cushions • Cleaning all window seals, and bases (Not the Actual Glass) • Cleaning all baseboards • Cleaning all doors, & door frames • Remove spider webs from ceilings to floors. • All unmade beds get made only. • Bedding & Linen changing upon request. • All wall décor and picture frames get dusted. • All wood built-in shelves get dusted and polished. • Straighten, organize & pick up items from floors, tables etc. • All wood furniture dusted and polished • All glass surfaces, tables & furniture gets cleaned. • All electronics get dusted • Interior Stove, Oven, and Microwave cleaning, exterior of Fridge only. • Kitchen cabinets get cleaned and polished externally • Kitchen counters and backsplashes get cleaned • In the Bathroom, light fixtures, mirrors, sinks, cabinets, • Including all toilets,
