- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is different pricing when it comes to deep cleaning and or standard cleaning. Deep cleaning runs a little more because it takes a lot more time and effort. Once the home has been deep cleaned if the customer wants to maintain the home with a standard cleaning every two weeks, there will be a significant discount. We do charge an 8.225% sales tax, since we are a registered company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we arrive at the home for the first time, there is a service checklist to be filled out with any additional information the customer wants us to know about. We agree on what needs to be done, what products should be used, and the pricing. After the job is complete we have the customer look over everything so that they are 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have been cleaning homes for 13 years. I worked with Final Clean for 12 years, another company briefly, and I just opened up Lonestar cleaning this year. I train each employee and make sure they understand how to clean homes. Lonestar Cleaning is insured and bonded.
