Viola contacted me right away and made herself available for an important, upcoming need for my home to sparkle! She scheduled her visit right away. I have to say, she out-performed my expectations. She has been in contact several times since the cleaning appointment and expressed great concern for my satisfaction. She went beyond my expectations - I see evidence of her thoughtful and thorough work every day! I will definitely be rescheduling for recurring service.
