Girls were friendly and did a great job. I had a last minute request after having cleaners cancel on me the day before I needed them. The girls from M&M came in at a better price and got it done quickly. They saved me from losing my rental deposit. I plan to use them from here on out! Thanks again Joanna and Ashley! (:

Paid for a deep clean because I knew my bathrooms needed a lot of attention, lots of mildew, soap scum and hard water stains. I walked through prior and told them what I expected done. Specifically asked for all baseboards and window sills to be dusted, windows to be cleaned, all floors swept and vacuum, all cabinets wiped and of course what a normal cleaning entails ie. through dusting, sweeping, mopping, appliances wiped down. Asked that the master shower be cleaned throughly all the way to top because I knew there was dust, mildew and soap scum on top of higher tile and some on upper wall. They stated they didn’t bring a step ladder so I provided one. Faucets and nozzles were not cleaned, my master bathroom still had soap scum all over and black marks still on shower pan. The top of tiles and wall was not cleaned (which is what I provided step ladder for) Lime build up and hard water stains still on all faucets if they were cleaned at all. Floors were not swept properly and not dried after they were mopped so my floors had a film residue after they left. I don’t know what they used to wipe my cabinets and scale but it left streaks everywhere that appeared after they left. My TV console in living room was not dusted. My TV console in bedroom was only dusted in front and still full of dust in back. None of my windows were cleaned as I requested. My oven and microwave was not cleaned until I advised that I was paying the extra $16 for them to do so. I pointed out that the faucets upstairs had not been cleaned she said they were but the build up could not be removed, she stated she had sent her back up there to wipe them again. I checked after they left and the shower head and shower knob still had not been cleaned. My glass patio window door was not wiped I had to point out to them to do that before they left. After they left I realized they did not clean any of the windows like I requested. Whatever they used to clean my oven, the smell is still lingering when I heat my oven to cook almost 4 days later! My appliances and cabinets still had water stains on them and she stated they had been wiped but some stains just couldn’t be removed. My floors were not vacuumed properly. I had to revaccum them myself after they left. They spent four hours here so I did not complain much as everything I pointed out they said they had already cleaned and I thought it may be me being too critical. But now that I’ve hired another cleaning crew to come out and have it done correctly I can see I was not critical at all. All the soap scum and lime was removed from all three of my bathrooms and all faucets. All the water stains were removed from my appliances and all the smearing of what ever cleaner they used was removed from my cabinets and the dust and hair that was found on my bathroom floor the second time it was swept by them makes me wonder if they swept that bathroom at all. All floors had to be remopped because of film I could feel when I walked on them. They may work well for just general cleaning but I paid for a deep cleaning job and that is not what I received. I now wish I had taken before and after pictures to attach to this review.

The prices we have listed are general estimates. Every home is different and this takes a more personal look at the information the client provides as well as our walk through. Unfortunately on Thumbtack, prices are required without a range but we believe that what we have listed is a pretty good idea of where to start. Our clients should take into consideration that just because the size of your home listed says a price doesn’t mean it is exact-especially those that call us for cleaning that is strictly dusting. For the most accurate quote please give us a call. These general prices are for full detailed cleanings with no corner untouched. Referrals and military personal get all of our clients discounts!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have a new client who is interested in our services we request an email or a text. This is to ensure we have every single detail directly from the client listed and easy to print for our file. Naturally there are clients who prefer a phone call-we will make this work as well. We schedule a day and time to do a walk through if possible before. To get the most accurate price to our clients. We make additional notes so we know exactly what to bring and where to focus. Once everything is together, the quote works for our clients we schedule a day to provide a “Home Sweet Clean” to our client and their family! We will provide a receipt for their records, a few business cards, a labeled bag with any items we may have come across as we cleaned (usually loose change but occasionally that lost earring that’s been missing forever haha) and a sample of our cleaners or scents for our clients to use daily!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We haven’t had any specific schooling for our services but we spend a great deal of time learning and growing from each other. Everyone on our team, which is a small one, has experience in cleaning from homes, offices to housekeeping. We never hesitate to ask, research and test our products and techniques. Every home has taught us something new and we note it and implement it.
