Pricing: We offer a flat rate pricing is based on the square footage of your home as well as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. This pricing model is best for customers who prefer to know how much they will pay upfront. Prices are subject to change if you request additional services. Discounts: Weekly - 20% discount biweekly - 15% discount Monthly - 10% discount How do discounts work? For your first cleaning you will be charged the original price of your service. The discount will be applied to your next cleaning. ** if you only need a partial cleaning of your home it will be an hourly charge starting at $60/HR with a 2 HR minimum**
