- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is per job, not hourly. The price for initial cleaning will be quoted on the initial phone call. We only staff highly vetted, insured cleaners. Our level of expertise and quality is reflected in our pricing. $50 cancellation fee with less than 24 hours notice $50 fee for arriving to the location and are turned away
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the initial phone call, we will quote your price according to the scope of work. Once services are complete, we will reach out to ask about your experience. Now that we are familiar with the property, we will quote for recurring services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m Katherine, the owner and operator of Northside Premier Cleaners. I have Lean Six Sigma training and a strong focus on efficient, well-designed processes. With years of experience as a scheduling coordinator, I ensure both clients and cleaners have clear expectations and complete information before each service — leading to smoother appointments and consistently high satisfaction.
