Rosalinda was very prompt, kind, and listened greatly to the needs of our family. She came to personally talk with us about the cleaning. She even stayed and did a few jobs on the day that we met. We have set up a time to have our first "real" cleaning. I am looking forward to working with her.

Rose did just an ok job with our home. I'm not sure that she understood that we wanted our entire house cleaned, as she spent almost two hours alone just on the carpets using her special vacuum system. That was nice of her, but we didn't need our carpets specially done, we just needed them vacuumed. After she was done with the carpets she said she was done and started to clean up to leave. I had to tell her that we were expecting our entire house to be cleaned, not just the carpets. It was a little awkward and the job she did on the rest of the house is not worth what we paid her. It may have been a miscommunication but my thumbtack request was for a house cleaner, not a carpet cleaner. I would not hire her again.

I am giving a one because I have to. I was under the impression that Rosalinda had been doing this for a while and new what she was doing, but I was wrong. Not only did she not know how to work her machine, she was reading the directions right in front of my boyfriend since I could not be there at the time. She left her all her cleaning residue on the counter where she spilled it and all over the floor around the couches. We checked the couches a day later, they not only looked the same, but smelled the same as well. Before she even bothered picking up her phone, she emailed me she would be happy to clean them again when I moved for an additional charge for gas and more supplies, which is suppose to be included with her services. I then notified her that nothing had been done to the couches and I wanted a refund. She then advised me that the stains were impossible to come out, when she should have said that in the first place. I ended up cleaning the couches myself with a friend's steam cleaner, needless to say stains were not impossible and they are good as new thanks to me! I wish I could post a picture! Do not use this lady, she just started and has no clue on what she is doing!

I was a working women with three children to raise and also did all the housecleaning when I arrived home along with fixing meals for my entire family for over 25 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It,s comes from many years of cleaning my own home and learning how to be a pro after 50+ years experience.
