- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the space (square footage), the type of service, and the level of cleaning required. We offer a $99 first cleaning special when customers sign a recurring service agreement (minimum 6 cleanings over 6 months). Recurring service pricing varies by square footage. One-time services such as move-out and post-construction cleanings are quoted separately. No hidden fees—pricing is discussed upfront before booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the customer’s needs, including the size of the space, type of service, and preferred schedule. We then provide a clear quote and explain what’s included. Once approved, we schedule the service at a convenient time. After the cleaning, we follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied and discuss ongoing service options if needed.
