I am beyond impressed and satisfied with the foundation repairs I received. Eric was very knowledgeable and thorough about the whole process which helped put my mind at ease. My foundation was completely cracked through and needed 20 pillars installed. They handled it in 5 days. On top of that, the employees are some of the nicest and hardest working people I’ve ever met. They did an incredible job from the digging, to the install to the clean up. 11 out of 10 stars.

My home is a rental and unfortunately the management company neglected it.Thankfully I followed my instincts and decided to check the property myself when it became vacant.I noticed the foundation was buckling, doors were stuck and a large fissure in the garage to an entry.I called Royal Foundation.I am so very glad I did. Eric and his team made an assessment for free and discussed the plan to repair restore this terrible foundation. He was very professional, patient and very intentional with respect for laying the goundwork, explaining the process, the costs, everything. He explained the planning , the what , the why and how the foundation would be repaired. He cared about the quality of work and it shows.That foundation is solid! Better than ever!This company did not just feed you a sales pitch. They cared. They took their time to do the job right.No surprises and so friendly. The quality of work shows itself. I gave them a poor rating because while Justin did come and check the issue he sounded reluctant about providing a solution. I asked if they can just give me quote to put dirt around which he said he will. Now over 2+ weeks and no response. Even after texting them they confirming they will get me a quote there was nothing. I would not consider this a good service in this regard. I would have preferred if they helped me with getting the job done

Hi kittu, Justin as well as the supervisor that had put the bid together (being that this outside our normal scope of work but wanted to help in this scenario) had reached out to you several times, with no response, we apologize if you feel that you were not taken care of in a timely manner but unfortunately no email address was provided at the time and only one number was on file that no one ever responded to the calls, voicemail or text,
Update : Kittu finally returned the call, we offered a discount for the inconvenience, moved Forward with the project and had canceld on us the day of due to wanting a cheaper option.
