He does not communicate whatsoever. After finally getting a quote, which took several days of waiting for a response, he accepted the job and showed up and did 30 minutes of work and left. Said he'd be there the next day but never showed up. Then said he'd be there the following Monday but never did and ultimately went AWOL. Do not waste your time!
