I contacted Beto who was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. He asked questions and was able to give a good idea what the problem was over the phone. We made an appointment for the upcoming Monday. On the day of, he was a no show no call. I called several times and he’s ghosted me. Seems inconsistent with all his high reviews.
