JC & his helper Jorge did an outstanding job on installing sod, mulch, granite, and landscape rock on my lawn. Excellent attention to detail; he will not leave the job site until your completely satisfied. He was the first one to call me after I submitted the job request. JC is will listen to your needs, and will also give you his own ideas on how to complete any landscape job you might have. He is honest, trust worthy and very reasonable on his prizing. I would definitely recommend him to family and all my veterans brothers & sisters out there.

Jc came by Sunday and gave a maximum quote to clean and junk a very messy garage. We set up the cleaning to happen the following Tuesday. By 9 am two people came and started bagging up everything to go to the dump. By 11 they were done. The floors swept all the stuff we were keeping placed on one side of the garage. They left with everything bagged up and ready to loaded to taken to the dump. By 3pm after JC finished some other jobs he was on, swung by loaded up all the junk and the job was finished. Everything surpassed my expectations. He had quoted me a maximum but after the work was done seeing how the load wasn’t as heavy as he expected we dropped the amount I owed by 100. It was nice that he provided the most it would cost and continued to adjust that depending on the work finished and weight(the city dump charges based on weight)
