- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. All rates are clearly outlined before your move, including any applicable trip fees or minimums. We also offer price matching—if you have a written estimate from a local competitor, we’ll match or beat it! Our goal is to provide great service at a fair price every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and stress-free! First, we send our pricing and clearly explain how the rate is determined. Once the appointment is booked, the customer receives a confirmation email and/or text. A reminder email is sent 48 hours before the appointment, and on the day of the move, the crew will call when they’re on their way to let you know exactly when to expect them. Our goal is to keep you informed and comfortable every step of the way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team undergoes ongoing in-house training focused on safe lifting techniques, efficient packing/loading, and customer service. We follow strict safety protocols to protect both your belongings and our crew. Every Varsity Boy is trained to handle moves with care, professionalism, and attention to detail—whether it’s a small apartment or a full home.
