- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do price match! As long as you have a copy of a proposed estimate. We offer discounts to Teachers, Service members, and First responders!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First: Obtain a general Idea of what the customer is looking for Second: Identify different variables that pertain to project request such as: Position of the house in regards to sunlight (Morning or noon), drainage (Gutters along house), soil quality, etc. Third: Put together design/estimate proposal Last: Get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
