My appointment was confirmed for 10:00 AM Saturday. When he hadn't shown up by 12;00 I texted him and he said that He was sorry, but we never scheduled a time or date for the job. I sent hom screenshots of the confirmation and them he blamed it on the fact that I didnt send him pictures. I told him he never said it was a requirement. Then he blamed it on he never gave me a qoute. I then sent him where he put $100 by his company's name. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but this isn't the first time a company on Thumbtack has not shown or even called or texted. I hope this company figures out important that is to the customer.
