Hi I have been using MPJS since they started there always on time great customer service great work and they do the scheduling they are no contract and they are liscenced and bonded and they work with there customers they do weekly monthly and bi weekly there residential and commercial there great

Respond to a customer. I had a person come out and give a quote and a price that I agreed on along with a date they could get started. No one shows up on that day, I tried calling and received a voicemail which I left a message. It’s been two weeks since and still no response from them. I understand if you can’t get to a job as promised, but at least let the customer know.
