- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key knowing what the customer is looking for; each property is different each owner likes things done a certain way. Communication can be done in person but most of the time it's done digitally
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started part-time to make some vacation money, but I was growing at a rapid rate. Being unhappy as a retail sales manager and loosing a lot of quality time with my family, I decided to run my lawn care business full-time and I couldn't be happier.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Majority of my customers are busy parents or single moms. There's a lot of activities that children are involved in so my job is to give them that time by taking care of their lawn and landscaping.
