FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with any budget. Just think more man hours = more cost. Since myself and other designers work from home we can be very reasonable as we do not have the overhead like a typical brick and mortar company does.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer asks questions of course, we answer in terms they can understand. We negotiate a price and then send proposal agreements for approval. Then once customer approves the agreement we invoice with our easy online payment processor provided by Intuit. Correspondence is done via email, text and/or phone. Some sites do not require a proposal agreement that are under $1200.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing websites Since 1997, mostly self taught. I was introduced to my first computer in 1986. I won the 1986 Texas State art championship and was selling drawings at age 10. I have taken Marketing, Communication, Drawing/Painting, Photography, Cinematography and Broadcasting classes.
