- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me I learn about the company and their customer base. I get any upcoming events for which they need promotional items and note the dates on my calendar to be sure we get products to them before the event date. I ask what their ideal client would be and recommend products that would be of interest to those ideal clients and that would be used repeatedly thereby getting the most exposure for my client's logo.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It could be called "on the job training" over the last 25+ years in the industry. I attend industry trade shows and am updated on new products by suppliers who come to my office to educate me on updates in the product lines.
