- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I collaborate with clients to build a trustworthy relationship. I work from the stance that while I have expertise in my field, my clients have expertise on their hopes, desires, and needs for now and in the future. As a team, we determine the most appropriate solutions that will get them to their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's in professional counseling as well as being trained in Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my work is with individuals between the ages of 18-76 and with couples who seek counseling as a means to improve their lifestyles. Additionally, I work with clients who have been diagnosed with personality disorders and are willing to make changes that stabilize their lives.
