Mr Nunn was prompt in responding to my messages. He was flexible with the payment method- in fact, I felt bad because I was not prompt in paying- thank you for your patience Mr. Nunn. The grass looked great and clean up was superb. In fact, I think my husband was slightly jealous about how great the yard looked, though he wouldn't admit to it. I will definitely keep Nunn and Sons in mind for the future...like when my husband decides to winterize the lawn mowing equipment early again.

Job: Remove vines and growth along fence, mow, trim and edge 5k SF lot. Raymond came out and inspected the property and amended the quote when he saw what was required. I was out pulling weeds and working along side Raymond and his son, but still paying them. Pros: The quality of the work was excellent. They cleaned up the clippings that were on the sidewalk. Cons: 1) He didn't allow for traffic so they arrived 45 minutes late, so I had to take extra leave from work. 2) Big globs of wet grass left all over the lawn (turned brown). 3) Pricing changed from initial quote and final quote at first visit for subsequent visits 4) They used my weed killer but wanted to bill for the time it took to spray my weed killer on the fence vines (when second visit was being discussed) 4) I requested that clippings be bagged and they disagreed. Since this was a sticking point with me, I can't have big globs of grass lying in the yard, he declined to work with me going forward.

What the client failed to mention in this review: - grass had been neglected and allowed to grow over 18" tall in some areas of the yard. - client refused to pay ressonable costs of lawn care on a lawn of that size and state if neglect. - client requested that all grass clippings be bagged from the lengthy 12-18" lawn...at a super discounted cost. This caused us to come to a point of disagreement in the cost and level of services to be provided. I communicated to her that I no longer wished to continue providing service at her residence. Ray and his sons are extremely hard working, and do not disappoint! We had a very tough vine situation on our house, and they worked hard to clean off as much of the vines as possible. Despite having water pressure issues from my house and the nasty vines, Ray worked hard to do the best he could in a hard situation. We would gladly hire them again. Thanks Ray and sons!

They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were considerate of my time and my belongings. They moved boxes & two glass fronted bookcases out of my condo to a storage unit. They organized the storage unit well so it will be easy to unload & move when the time comes. I will definitely use them again!
