Here’s what you can expect when working with us: Remote Online Notary (RON) Services: For your convenience, we offer Remote Online Notary services that allow you to get your documents notarized from anywhere. Starting at $25 per notarization. Additional fees may apply for multiple documents, additional signers, or after-hours service. Requires a valid government-issued ID and a secure internet connection. RON is a fast, secure, and legally binding way to notarize documents from the comfort of your home or office. Base Notary Fee: Our standard notarization fee is based on the type of service required. For example, simple document notarizations start at $65 and more complex services (like loan document signings) may be priced at $150. Travel Fees (if applicable): If you require mobile notary services, there is an additional travel fee based on the distance from our office. For example, a travel fee of $40 applies for locations within 10 miles, with additional charges for greater distances. If you’re outside our regular service area, we will discuss the travel fee in advance to ensure complete clarity. Discounts: We offer a 10% discount for first-time customers. We also offer special rates for repeat clients or larger groups of documents needing notarization. Referral Discount: If you refer a friend or family member who books with us, you’ll receive %10 off your next service]. You can reach us via phone, email, or our Thumbtack profile. Details Collection: We’ll ask for key details about the documents to be notarized, the location, and the type of notary service needed (e.g., power of attorney, loan signing, etc.). Confirmation of Appointment Schedule a Time: Once we understand the specifics, we’ll schedule a convenient time for the notarization. If you require a mobile notary, we’ll coordinate a location that works best for you (home, office, etc.). Confirm the Appointment: We confirm the date, time, and location of the appointment in advance, ensuring there’s no confusion. Meeting and Document Review On-Time and Professional: We arrive promptly for the scheduled appointment (whether at the designated meeting location or Remote Online. Document Verification: We carefully review your documents to ensure everything is in order before proceeding with the notarization. If there’s anything missing or unclear, we’ll address it right away. Identification Check: For security and compliance, we’ll ask for a valid government-issued ID to verify your identity. Notarization Process Complete the Notarization: After confirming all the details and ensuring everything is in order, we’ll proceed with the notarization. This involves signing, stamping, and affixing our notary seal to the document. Provide Copies: Once notarized, we’ll provide you with any required copies and guide you through the next steps, if applicable (e.g., sending documents for further processing, filing). Payment and Receipt Clear and Transparent Pricing: We discuss the pricing upfront, so there are no surprises. Once the service is complete, we accept payment via cash, credit card, or other agreed methods.
