"Loving what I do and serving you" has stood as my true maxim for over a decade! This is my primary profession as of 2016 and I genuinely have a passion for delighting others with my talent! My background is extensive as I've been in the food industry for over ten plus years. First as a sales representative for a disposable food packaging broker across the U.S. , and then I branched off to attend The Culinary Art Institute of San Antonio, TX. There I received my degree as a Pastry Chef. I stood behind some amazing local Chefs while residing in San Antonio, first at Arcade Midtown (Pearl Brewery), then lead baker for The University of TX San Antonio catering department, and lastly I finished at Mariposa Neiman Marcus as their pastry chef. I learned many techniques and professional standards along the way and am excited to become your new choice baker!
