- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flat and transparent, based on the scope of receipt collection and organization needed. Monthly services are priced by estimated receipt volume, and one-time cleanups are quoted based on the number of months and vendors involved. There are no hidden fees. If a project expands beyond the original scope, I always discuss pricing in advance. I do not bill hourly for ongoing services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief intake to understand your business, receipt sources, and preferred cloud platform. Once access and permissions are set up, I begin collecting receipts, requesting missing documentation from vendors as needed, and organizing everything into clean monthly folders in the cloud. From there, the process runs consistently each month with minimal involvement required from you.

I have professional bookkeeping and financial operations experience supporting small businesses and government-adjacent, compliance-aware clients. My background includes handling financial records where accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency are critical, which directly informs how I structure and maintain organized documentation.
