I will teach you the fundamentals for building strong joints. Precision and mind-to-muscle connections are key when it comes to strong joints. We will teach the body how to protect the joints by activating the surrounding muscular systems. Are you an athlete who loves a challenge? If so we will take your body’s performance to the next level. We will build upon the fundamentals of footwork, strength training, endurance, balance and flexibility. With elegantly designed high intensity workouts you will be able to put your body to the test each and every training session. Have unwanted body fat to lose? No problem! I will show you the most effective methods to burn fat while building muscle. We will use functional exercises to increase overall metabolism throughout the body and simultaneously speed up digestion. Have you been curious about a plant-based diet, but not sure where to start? Don’t worry! I will share everything you need to know. You will be provided a food list and a eating program from day one. Designed to be customized to your lifestyle, my eating program will emphasize the importance of vitamins, minerals, and hydration. Providing the body with natural food sources to meet nutritional needs is essential for good health. With fresh nutrients the body is able to maintain its youth and vitality as we age. Your safety is my top priority! Proper form will remain a focus point throughout your training. Often I will elaborate on the importance of good posture and the role it plays in overall energy. Training sessions will not only be challenging, but will also serve as an opportunity to discuss all topics related to health. This includes topics such as dental care, digestive health, disease prevention, stretching, meditation, running, fasting, and many more! My hope is that you learn many new and exciting things about the body during your time with me. I will be able to answer any question you have ever had about fitness and together we will reshape your body from the inside out! So far, Paul has been amazing! He definitely is unlike your ordinary trainer. He takes time to fully teach proper form and how to connect movements so the body can work as a team. There is never a day of training with him that goes without a challenge, and that’s how it should be. Paul has pushed me out of my comfort zone in order to really focus and achieve the goals discussed. In addition to the workouts, the nutrition plan given really assist in not just tailoring to your goals, but a amazing long term effect on the body that helps the body feel amazing, now and 20-40 years from now. I definitely recommend Paul if you’re looking for someone who will continuously challenge you in order to reach those goals and make yourself a better you.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Upon contact we will schedule a phone consultation. It is during this time that we will address any unanswered questions you may still have. Furthermore we will schedule an in person consultation where I will begin to assess strengths and weaknesses. After our first workout I will begin advising you on exercises to do on your own as well as provide you with a basic nutritional guide. From this point we will work together in orchestrating changes according to the needs of your body. Methodology in exercise and nutrition will change over time as you transition through different states of healthy living. I will encourage you be consistent with changes and that you remain open to understanding what your body is signaling. If there is a point in time in which you have a question I urge you to ask. I am available to clients via text or phone call within the confines of my business hours.
